Welcome to Concise Hub. By accessing or using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Concise Hub" refers to the Dutch company providing the services described herein.

1.2 "Services" refer to the online tools, knowledge base, subscription-based digital products, and the marketplace platform provided by Concise Hub.

1.3 "Users" refer to individuals or companies subscribing to or using our Services.

1.4 "Consultants" refer to independent professionals listed on our marketplace platform.

1.5 "Marketplace Platform" refers to the platform facilitating connections between Users and Consultants.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Concise Hub provides the following services:

• Assessment tools to benchmark business operations departments, strategies and processes.
• Project tools to improve business operations.
• Resources, including a knowledge base and downloadable tools, for strategic advice and implementation support.
• A subscription-based digital product or SaaS model.
• Programs with expert-led online meetings.
• A marketplace platform to match Users with independent Consultants.
• Events such as webinars, masterclasses, workshops, and engagement speakers, offered both online and on-site.

2.2 While Concise Hub strives to provide accurate and actionable recommendations, all advice and tools are offered on an "as-is" basis. The implementation and adaptation of these recommendations are the sole responsibility of the User.

2.3 The Marketplace Platform facilitates introductions between Users and Consultants. Concise Hub is not a party to the contracts between Users and Consultants and does not supervise, direct, or control the work of Consultants.

3. Subscription and Fees

3.1 Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged per User per month or per year, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase. Users can change monthly subscriptions to annual at any time. Annual subscriptions can only be changed to monthly after the subscription period has ended.

3.2 Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the User before the end of the current billing cycle.

3.3 Users must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Marketplace Services

4.1 Matching Process: Users specify their needs, and Concise Hub facilitates matches with Consultants based on expertise and project requirements.

4.2 Efforts and Tools: Concise Hub will make every effort to facilitate good results and performance by providing tools and resources to support Users and Consultants. However, Concise Hub does not guarantee the suitability, performance, or results of any Consultant.

4.3 Responsibilities: Contracts and agreements for services provided by Consultants are directly between the User and the Consultant. Concise Hub is not liable for disputes, claims, or damages arising from such engagements. Concise Hub may hold an escrow until the transaction is finalized satisfactorily for both parties and will facilitate the resolution of any disputes that may arise.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 Concise Hub provides recommendations and tools based on best practices. However, Users are responsible for interpreting and adapting these recommendations to their specific needs.

5.2 Concise Hub does not control the implementation of advice or tools and is not liable for any outcomes resulting from such implementation.

5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concise Hub disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services or Marketplace Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All materials, tools, and resources provided by Concise Hub are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own internal purposes.

6.2 Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Concise Hub’s materials without prior written consent.

7. User Obligations

7.1 Users agree to use the Services and Marketplace Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7.2 Users must not:

• Misuse or exploit the Services or materials provided.
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform.
• Post inaccurate, harmful, or defamatory content.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Users agree to keep all information, tools, and materials provided by Concise Hub confidential and not disclose them to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Termination

9.1 Concise Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its Services at any time, with or without cause, by providing reasonable notice to Users.

9.2 Users may terminate their subscription by providing written notice to Concise Hub in accordance with Section 3.2.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Modifications to Terms

11.1 Concise Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.

11.2 Continued use of the Services after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
